3D QR code generator: a tree or your logo that falls into a QR code
A 3D tree, your logo or your brand name on a plot that is a real QR code. Tap it and it falls into a code that scans. PNG, GLB or STL. Free.
Tap to flip it · drag to turn and tilt it
Paste the images straight into ChatGPT, Canva or a doc. The embed puts this live, tappable 3D code on any website; Copy for AI gives Lovable, v0, ChatGPT or any AI site builder a ready prompt with the embed in it.
The 3D model is the standing scene and its plot with colors baked in; open it in Blender, a 3D viewer or an AR app. The code uses the highest error correction and the flat view keeps pale modules pale, so it scans from a screen or a print. Point it at a free dynamic link if you may change the destination.
Print one for your desk
A solid sculpture for a 3D printer: a shape from the side, the same code from straight above. STL or two-color 3MF.
A three-tier pine; the same from the front and the side.
Version 2, 25 × 25 modules. Sculpture 100 × 100 × 24 mm, 12 + 2,904 triangles (base + pillars).
One nozzle: add a filament change at 2 mm, where the pillars start.
Printing and scanning
Two colors. Light base, dark pillars, both matte. The 3MF keeps them as two parts; with one nozzle, change filament where the pillars start.
Scan straight down. Hold the phone level above the sculpture, in even light, far enough back that the whole base is in view. From an angle the pillars hide each other and it will not scan.
Sturdy pillars. Wider modules make stronger pillars: a short link and a bigger base help more than anything else. Print the tallest ones slowly.
Test first. Print one at 100% scale in the filaments you will use and scan it before printing more.
A printed code cannot be edited, so point it at a free dynamic link you can change later. Want the code to be your artwork? Make a picture code.
Paste your link. A tree grows from it on a plot that is the QR code; the same link always grows the same tree.
Pick a scene: a tree (nine kinds, five seasons), your brand name in 3D letters, your logo, or a heart, rocket, planet, galaxy, donut, gift, diamond or pumpkin. Drag to turn and tilt it, tap to watch it fall into the code.
Download the tree or the code as a PNG, the tree as a 3D model (GLB), or a solid sculpture to 3D print.
Questions
How does the 3D QR code work?+
The ground under the scene is the QR code, one tile per module. Every leaf or block also knows which dark module it belongs to. Tap it and the branches fold away while each block flies down into its module, so the canopy settles into a flat, high-contrast code. Tap again and the tree regrows.
Does it really scan?+
Yes. The code uses the highest error correction, keeps its full quiet zone, and the view from above uses flat, even light so pale modules stay pale and dark ones stay dark. The page reads the settled code back with a QR decoder and tells you if it scans.
Can I use my logo or brand name?+
Yes. Pick Your logo and upload a PNG (a transparent background works best) and it is rebuilt in 3D blocks in its own colors. Or pick Your name and type up to 24 characters in two colors. Either one falls into your code when you tap it. The image never leaves your device.
Can I put it on my website?+
Yes. Copy the embed code and paste it into any page: it shows the live, tappable 3D code in a frame. Copy for AI gives an AI site builder such as Lovable, v0 or ChatGPT a ready prompt with the embed in it. Copy QR image puts the code on your clipboard to paste into a chat, a doc or a design. Nothing is stored: the embed carries its settings in its own link.
Can I use it in my own 3D software?+
Yes. The 3D model download is a GLB file of the standing scene and its plot, with the colors baked in. It opens in Blender, most 3D viewers, game engines and AR apps.
Can I 3D print it?+
Not the scene itself: its leaves and blocks float in the air, so it would need supports everywhere. Use the print section below instead. It makes a solid sculpture whose pillars follow a tree, skyline or other shape from the side and form the same code from straight above, as STL or two-color 3MF.
Is anything uploaded?+
No. The tree, the code, the scan check and every download are made in your browser. The link never leaves your device.
