Try before you pay. Then it's final.

Before you pay a single rupee or dollar you can generate the code, scan it with your own phone, restyle it, and see exactly what you will get. Paying activates that exact code and unlocks the master file instantly; there is nothing to ship back. Because of that, a change of mind after activation is not refunded, and the quarter plan is not pro-rated for time you did not use.

The code does not scan. If an activated code fails on a standard phone camera from a clean print at a sensible size, tell us. We first try to fix it with a restyle at no charge, and refund in full if we cannot.

You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling. Duplicate charges and any charge that lands after a cancellation confirmed on your account page are refunded in full, no questions.

The service failed you. If an outage on our side stopped you from using what you paid for in a way that mattered, write to us and we will put it right, with a refund if that is the fair outcome.

A strong reason we have not thought of. Policies cannot list everything. If you have a real reason, explain it. A person reads every request and we lean towards being fair.

Cancel any time from your account and the plan ends at the close of the current quarter with no further charge; the codes you activated keep scanning. The quarter already started is not refunded, except under the cases above.

Nothing to refund. Free codes cost nothing and renew for free.

Email info@realityrift.co from the address you paid with, with the code's short link or the invoice number, and what went wrong. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

A refunded single code is deactivated. Everything else you own keeps working. See the terms for how codes behave after a plan ends.
